What we do?

ESN COIMBRA has as its main goal the integration of international exchange students in Coimbra and in the portuguese culture.

ESN achieves this objective through a diferente set of projects:

• Buddy Program - Voluntary Portuguese students helping international students;

• Weekend Trips - Culture and leisure trips to different destinations across Portugal and Spain ;

• Movie Nights - Providing exchange students with the opportunity to watch Portuguese movies with english subtitles;

• Sport Events - ESN has organized football,and other sports tournaments between exchange students and the possibility for exchange students to attend to radical sports activities ;

• Cultural days - Providing free visits to museums and monuments across Coimbra;

• Day Trips - Trips to close locations or cities to visit relevant monuments or events, lasting no more than one day;

• Punctual Events - Punctual events like barbecues or wine/beer and food tastings;

• Parties - Parting is part of the Erasmus life, we do not try to hide this because we think party is important;
